We're looking for a proactive and well-organized Business Operations Intern to support our management team in coordinating clients, tracking projects, and keeping daily business operations running smoothly. Key Responsibilities
- Schedule meetings with clients and internal teams
- Follow up with clients on discussions, proposals, and action items
- Track ongoing business projects and update progress
- Follow up with management and employees on assigned tasks
- Maintain client and project records
- Support daily operational activities and coordination
- Research potential businesses and clients
- Assist in building and managing a lead list
- Prepare simple reports and updates for management
Requirements
- Strong communication skills (written & verbal)
- Highly organized and detail-oriented mindset
- Ability to follow up, track tasks, and meet deadlines
- Comfortable working with Google Workspace / Microsoft 365
- Confidence in communicating with clients
- Willingness to learn how a real IT & digital business operates
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
Bonus Skills (Nice to Have)
- Basic knowledge of business operations, IT, or digital services
- Experience using CRM tools, Trello, Notion, or similar
- Familiarity with LinkedIn or email outreach
- Basic reporting or documentation experience
Internship Details
- Duration: 6 months
- Flexible time (core hours: 8.30 a.m. to 5.00 p.m. on weekdays)
